I fully appreciate the challenges of working as a programmer. I'm glad you chose to write to me about the technical issue you are facing instead of giving up on the problem. From the error description you mentioned, I'm pretty sure I understood the problem well.
Few months ago, I faced the same issue while deploying the app build for a client. After spending many days trying to solve the problem, ultimately, I got help from online community that solved my issue.
Without wasting time anymore, I would go down straight to the solution. Error description implies that you are missing certificates which are required to submit the app. Please export certificates from developer site and deploy them on server. Furthermore, I would suggest you to get help from online community, for instance Stack Overflow, which can be really helpful to solve your issues instantly.
