Dear XXX,
I am writing to thank you for your invitation. I felt glad after seeing your invite, but unfortunately, due to my current hectic schedule I will not be able to make it.

Let me explain my situation in more details. As you are aware the fact that I have recently bought a land, there I am planning to build house during my holidays. Since this is going to be my first experience, I have to gather plenty of details regarding the house construction and also need to roam a lot. Moreover, because my parents are aged, even they will not be able to take of this work in a proper manner.

If you are free, any time after Oct 2018 please let me know. I have a leave for one month, which I can use to spend time with you and your family. I am more willing to see your children and play with them. Also, I heard that Melbourne is such a fantastic place to visit. I am so excited to see it.

Eagerly waiting for your reply.I look forward to hearing from you.
With love,
yyyy
