Dear Matthew,
It’s really been a long time since I last heard from you. You mentioned earlier that you were pounding the pavements and needed a job badly.
There has been a recent vacancy at the company ‘The Ritz hotel’ which is a few blocks from my place. The post is of junior project manager and they require a person on urgent basis. The job requires the person to be smart and quick at handling situations in a fast paced environment.
I always noticed how quick you were at solving problems and you ability to handle rough situations without breaking a sweat was something that everyone admired at the college. I believe you still have those qualities in you. In addition, you have one year experience in customer service.
It is easy to apply for the position. Simply go to their website, select the post for which you are applying and fill out the application.
I hope to hear from you about the decision you take. I look forward to your visit.
Your friend
Sal
