To start with, my name is Jonas and I am a resident living in a Gotham society for almost 25 years now.
Though, the park is public, it comes under the private property. It has been considered as a landmark even before I was born. The park is known for open space and wideness. Some people come to rest and enjoy the greenery , while others come to play or practise sport. Furthermore, events like wedding or competitions is arranged sometimes which is rented. On basis of the rented amount, it is maintained. The park is significantly required as there is children hospital nearby. Every civilian holds a special place in a heart.
Therefore, I would like to request you to approach the council about this mishap of selling the park. If the council is still firm on their decision, I will appeal to the high court and the co-operative society to request the same.
