last month you had a holiday overseas where you stayed with some friends. They have just sent you some photos of your holiday. Write a letter to your friends. In your letter

1) thank them for the photos and for the holiday.
2) explain why you didn't write earlier.
3) invite them to come and stay with you.

Dear John,

It`s been so long since we have been in Italy during our holiday last month. I`m writing to thank you all for sharing some photos of our amazing trip.

It was quit long for me not to travel for any vacation, but our last holiday together was a good relief from work stress. When I decided to travel abroad, I could not have chosen a better company like you. I would like therefore to thank you all for your hospitality of making my accommodation so special.

You know that I was working on an important tender with my company, and I joined the team who worked on the pricing when I arrived immediately. Tender duration was so tight for us all, and we should achieve the due date of submission. Hence, I could not have chance to write you after my arrival the home country.

You will find the weather now in my country fascinating as many tourists from all over the world come in this season. Why do not you visit me and stay couple of weeks to enjoy the landscaping. There are a lot of sight-seeing which are fantastic places to visit if you are interested.

Seeing you soon,

Ayoub
