In the modern world, people are looking for quality education and high pay. They believe that it would be possible by moving to other countries and staying there for a considerable amount of time. In my opinion, it has both advantages as well as disadvantages.
On the one hand, students nowadays, after completing their under graduation, prefer higher studies in abroad. This is because of the quality of education offered by other universities. Hence, their parents also insists the children to study and settle in foreign lands. Further, because of dollar value, many engineers want to work outside of India. If they work for two to three years in a foreign country they could earn five times more money than working in their home country. Moreover, staying in a new country paves us a way to learn new culture and language. In addition to this, we have to do our daily chore, if we stay away, which helps us to schedule our day to day activities.
On the other hand, staying faraway from our family members creates stress, because in other countries most of the people running towards money and they would not get enough time to sit back and chat with neighbors. This, in turn, isolate us from them, which affects our mental health. Though we get enough money, we many not get close ones to spend that. Even we feel depressed by doing continuous routine for long time. Moreover, one of the major negative aspects of working in other country is that, it is very difficult for a foreign person to grow in a company. Eventhough we may have a good degree, high working skill and absolute potential then locals, they will never consider.
To conclude, like two faces of a coin, every action we do have its positive and negative effects. It is depends on the perspective of a person, some like to stay abroad, some love their nation. These days people are ready to take up any challenge to lead a happy life.
