A museum near your home is looking for people to do part-time voluntary work. You would like to do voluntary work at the museum. Write a letter to the museum director to apply for work. In your letter
1. Explain what you want to do voluntary work at the museum.
2. Describe the skills and qualities you have that would be useful.
3. Give details of when you would be available for work.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my interest in an opportunity to work with your organization ‘Ahmedabad Museum’ as a volunteer. As I am an English student, it would be a better chance for me to work in your library section as a part-time instructor which is what you are looking for.
Perhaps, as I said earlier, I am an English student and pursuing my masters in English literature. I am very interested in the position. The plethora of information on your organization’s online webpages regarding the volunteering activities has got me extremely motivated and enthusiastic to join your team. Certainly, my skills are well suited for this position as well.
On the other hand, this job will also give me a hand in paying my university fees. I am available during Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. I will be reached at 9876543210 or via email through a@a.com.
In a meantime, please let me know if you need any additional information. I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
SM
