Let me explain you about my problem. Last month my grandmother went through a heart surgery, in last few days her condition has again become serious. One of my uncle has consulted doctor and they have asked us to reach her place soon. As our family had already planned a trip to visit grandmother, in order to give her surprise as it's birthday as well.
Therefore, it is requested to please accept my excuse and give me a waiver for a week. I will be able to join office from 30th November, 2018. Moreover, I am also attaching acceptance letter and other relevant documents.
