Dear Alan,
I hope this letter finds you well. I recently returned from a trip, which was booked via your travel agency for Maldives. As, it was our first wedding anniversary; therefore, I wanted to give a pleasant surprise to my wife. However, it turned out to be extremely disappointing trip, due to the package offered by your travel agency.
Let me explain you further. package included fare of airlines, visa fee and hotel stay for four days and four nights. But, unfortunately the hotel wasn't up-to our expectation and the way it was defined by your agent.
Moreover, there was no one to pick us from airport, as we were assured about pick and drop facility was to be arranged by hotel. Additionally, staff of hotel wasn't cooperative and due to that we were unable to experience the beauty of Maldives completely.
Therefore, it is requested to kindly look into this matter and initiate an inquiry to find out the culprits. Moreover, I would like to suggest, if you may change your deal with 'Hotel Sarwana' and look for other options, which can have positive impact on your travel agency and help you regain confidence of customers.
