I am writing this letter to bring into your notice about the inconvenience occurred during my recent trip.
There was a travel package booked by my uncle for 5 nights and 6 days for Dubai. In total the package include 3 adults, 2 infants and it was from 2nd March to 7th March. Though the brochure shared by you was really satisfying but in actual there is an enormous difference.
Actually, it was mentioned that the stay will be in hotel Castle which is a 4 star hotel with great services. However, we have been taken to Hotel Maple having 3 star rating, even we complained to our guide but he was not able to address. Moreover, it was also updated to uncle that free entry will be arranged for party at Cruise but we have been charged with 100 Dollars.
So it is a humble request to reimburse the extra charges incurred for which the receipts are also attached. Even I am expecting some compensation with respect to my hotel services failing to which I will take a legal action.
I hope you will give due consideration to this letter and may respond at earliest.
