Please treat this letter as a formal apology from my side on missing the kick-off meeting for our new customer. I am awfully ashamed of what I did. you had given me an oppurtunity which I could not fulfill. this is not the first instance I have brought dismay to you.
I could not participate in the webinar due to two reasons. Firstly, as my son's school bus did not came today so I had to drop him and secondly while commuting to office my car's tyre became flat. All this wasted approx an hour and eventually I couldn't reached the office on time.
I have written an apology to the client and have asked for a revised time for re-session. I assure you that I would plan way ahead and will make the introduction with them a fruitful one. I wil put in all the efforts to fetch revenue from ABC corp.
