Dear Sir or Madam,

Please treat this letter as a formal complaint regarding the poor service of the internet connection procured by our locality from your company six months back.

One of the most significant issues is the slowness of the speed. Moreover, sometimes it becomes dead for the complete day and we have to call your customer care to log an incident and this has become a common scenario now.

Because of these concerns from the last few months, students are unable to study online and prepare for their upcoming final exams. Further, the majority of people in our area are shop owners and their sales are diminishing due to the unstable connection.

There can be few solutions to this problem. Firstly, a new tower can be erected for the wireless users, and finally the wiring should be replaced for the wired ones. Please send of your senior technician to verify the root cause and provide a permanent solution.

Looking for a prompt action, lacking which, we will be forced to change the supplier.
