Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is John Paul and I am a first year student of Business Administration Program in the college. I am writing this letter to highlight some issues at the college cafeteria.
First of all, I am a regular visitor of this place because its food is really delicious. I really enjoy the taste of traditional food items available here.
However, I would like to mention that the cafeteria does not have sufficient seating capacity. During lunch time, mostly students could not find space sit and get their meal easily. Even sometimes many of them get their food packed and take it away. They usually end up eating it in lecture rooms and lawns outside the café building.
I have a suggestion to make the situation better. The hall attached to the cafeteria is lying vacant, and I think it can be used as a dining hall after renovating it. In this way, students would have additional area to eat their meals properly. I hope that the issue can be handled by pondering over the suggestion.
I look forward to seeing the better arrangements at the cafe.
