You eat at your college cafeteria at lunch time every day. However, you think it needs some improvements. Write a letter to the college magazine. In your letter;

1) Explain what you like about the cafeteria.

2)Say what is wrong with it.

3) Suggest how it could be improved.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing in connection to our college canteen which i believe can be made better in some aspects.

I enjoy all the dishes which are served there and they are very delicious. The best part of this cafeteria is that they post nutritional facts about every dish they serve on college`s website which is very informative in its own way.

Although there are so many things to appreciate about this facility but the seating arrangement is not adequate to cater for a larger number of students coming to eat there. The place gets too crowded more often and most of the times we have to wait for the tables to be vacant which consumes more time and we are left with a very short window to eat before next class begins.

I suggest that may be we can use the open space adjacent to the canteen and set up more tables and chairs to add more space to this eating facility. But a sunshade needs to be installed in this area to protect the students from scorching heat during day time while they eat.

I hope we will get to see improvements in this area in the near future.

Yours faithfully,

Sumair Aslam
