I hope your are kepping well. I am writing this letter in response to your complain that you sent me yesterday about the noise from my house.When I recevied your letter, I felt very embarrassed to know that we became the reason of your discomfort and your family.
As you may have guessed, I am trying to refit my bathroom which is on the first floor.
I have recently noticed a leak in my sitting room ceiling. The plumber has checked and found out that the bathroom pipe was broken and needed to be fixed urgently to avoid the subsequent damage to the ceiling.Hence, the sounds coming from my house. The repairs were estimated to take at most three days but unfortunately, it is lingering longer than expected.
I am regretful for that. Please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience cause to you and humbly ask for your forgiveness.
The plumber has been adviced to work only in the mornings between the hours of 8 am - 12 pm when you will be at the office.
