I hope your are doing great. I am writing this letter in response to your complain letter that you sent me yesterday about the noise from my house. I am regretful for that. please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience cause to you and humbly ask for your forgiveness.
As you may have guessed, I am trying to refit my kitchen. I have recently called a plumber to repair water taps because it leaks extensively. unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected. So we had to ask plumber to speed up the work by working overtime.
In your letter, you said that your daughter would have exam her final exam next week and you are concerned about the noise. please be assured that I would ask plumber not to work after 5:00 pm in the evening from today. Once again I am sorry for the trouble and assure you that I will be more careful from now on.
