Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to let you know that people in our locality are facing problems because of internet issue.

let me explain my situation in more detail that internet is out of service since long time and no one from your side came to look over the matter with the result all the residents are having difficulties to communicate with their family members who are in foreign.

I would like to inform you that the students who are doing doctorate course are not able to do their research because they need to have authentic references while writing any statement and this is only possible when internet accessibility is available but unfortunately it is out-of-order at the moment.

I would suggest you to kindly send your technical team to look after this subject and sort it out as soon as possible.
