Dear Rajan,
It was pleasure to receive letter from you as always and you mentioned the date wise plan for my trip to London. I am very excited about London visit but it seems like that I would not be able to travel to United Kingdom on scheduled dates.
As you know that my sister’s wedding was scheduled on 11th July’18 but is being preponed because she and her partner have been offered handsome opportunity with significant financial gains. Therefore, both decided to marry on 15th May’18. Sarah is my only sister and I do not want to disappoint in any case. Even my parents have already started the shopping and booking for venue. They have especially given me the decoration responsibilities and of course I will be best man for my sister during wedding.
First of all, I want to apologize for changing the plans which we made so long back. I do not have any words to express my situation so I decided to not to cancel the visit but just postpone it by two weeks. I can plan to come on 31st May instead of 15th May. I have already spoken to airlines and they comprehended my situation and agree to change the dates.
I would like to know if you are convenient on changed dates. Let me know your opinion. Looking forward to your reply

Best Regards,
Jack
