Dear Sir / Madam,
I am Abed Joy, a passenger of your airlines that brought me here in Singapore from Dhaka yesterday. I am writing this letter to you to file a complaint that I have received the worst possible customer service during my recent flight in your airlines.
My flight number was BDG4531. It took off from Dhaka at 8:15 AM and arrived at Singapore at 12:20 PM. In this 4-hour period, I faced terrible customer experience along with other passengers onboard.
There were three flight attendants on that flight which was inadequate for a plane carrying 120+ passengers. However, all three flight attendants were not efficient and careful enough in meeting the demand of the passengers. I asked a glass of water several times so that I can take medicine but no one was responding for that call rather those three flight attendants gathered in aisle and gossiping. It was very much annoying not only for me but also for all the other fellow passengers.
I demand an explanation and apology for this type of customer service and also demand a proper investigation to sort out the problem and fix that accordingly. As a manager of the airlines, I hope you will take proper action against those irresponsible flight attendants of that flight for the betterment of your company.
