Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to complain about the negligence in the task of repairing the road by the municipal authority workers. I am very dissatisfied with the inefficiency of your workers.
My name is Prabhpreet Kaur working as a Senior Manager in HSBC Bank and a resident of New Friends Colony residing in House Number 27 for the past 13 years.
Last month, due to heavy rains the road in the front of my house was damaged. There is a big pothole in the middle of the road. During rains the pothole is filled with water making it difficult for driving cars. Moreover, many children have got hurt while riding bicycle and also water logging becomes the home of mosquitoes and other insects thus causing many diseases
I would suggest you to take necessary and immediate actions and send a team of efficient workers for repairing the damaged road as soon as possible so that not only there are no casualties but also people do not suffer from any health issues.
