Dear mr. Jones,
My name is Catherine Williams. I’m writing to express my concern regarding ecological situation on the Bakers street , East London.
I have been living on Bakers street for over a decade now. In the last few years air pollution has overwhelmingly increased in the area due to the heavy car traffic throughout the street. There is a new mall has been built nearby and shoppers cut corners to get there by using the road as it’s a faster way than driving by the highway.
Due to this issue a constant smog hovers above the houses on the street. Even with closed windows a smell of carbon dioxide can be sensed inside of a property. There are few neighbors that suffer from asthma, this detrimental atmosphere deteriorating their health. I believe this would have a negative effect on all people living here as well!
On behalf of all inhabitants of Bakers street I would like to require of the restriction of traffic on the street by limiting the access to the residents only. It would reduce harmful gases emission by automobiles in the area, so we would have a fresher air and, therefore, lead more comfortable and healthy life here.
I hope you can settle this matter to our satisfaction.
