Dear Council,
I am writing this letter to address you the issue of garbage collection system which is not working properly since last two weeks. I am really disheartened by the quality of work by the newer system.
Let me explain you the situation how the rubbish collectors are not performing as expected which is drastically effecting me and my neighbourhood? Last month, there was a new system appointed to the society replacing the previous ones by the municipality.
Firstly, They don't look professionals and don't cover the entire society while collecting the waste knowing the fact that the garbage will create a huge pollution and will spread on the roads due to rain. Sometimes, they don't bother to come to collect the rubbish. Therefore, We are facing a lot of issues, which require priority of your attention.
In conclusion, after society meeting, we appeal municipality to hire the previous garbage collector organisation to avoid the damage which is happening to our health everyday. Would you mind setting up a meeting with them so that we can strongly oppose the newer ones on the base facts and make our society a better place to live.
