I am writing to let you know that several complaints have been received regarding the reception area in our office. The feedbacks are received from the portal and the suggestion box placed outside the entrance area. The complaints are regarding the improper behavior of the receptionist and the scarcity of proper air regulation around the reception area.
The Reception area is very important for an outsider, a business client or an interviewee. It embarks the first impression on a person visiting our office. Apart from it, the reception area holds the image of the entire organization as it the entry point into our office premises. Being a center of gravity for the entire office, I feel the reception area is of prime importance.
The best way to upgrade the reception is to improve the behavior of the receptionist by some soft skills classes. In addition to this, we should have more fans around the reception for proper air circulation around the area.
