Dear sir/Madam
I am writing to report the problems with public transportation services in tabletop view point area for about 1 month.
The major issue regarding transportation services are frequency of the buses in east side of the Sunnyvale town namely tabletop view point area. Though west side of the town is developing fast, number of buses allotted by central public administration to town remained same. In addition to this town authorities diverted buses from east to west route on regular basis. The whole stretch worth 21 miles and this take lot of time to reach either ends of town.
On account of these issues people who uses public transport on regular basis are heavily effected as they have to set their time according to new schedule. Their effective time is being wasted for waiting at bus depot rather than spending in office or at the home with family. Moreover, they had to take leaves or late coming at offices due to cancellation or delayed services.
For above aforementioned reason town authorities should draw attention of central public administration and asked them for sanction more buses for the town. Also, Town authorities should divide town in two parts and allocate buses for either of them differently.
I believe that if these suggestions are implemented, it will help arrest these problems.
