I am writing this letter to complain about poor quality of change room at the sports center.
I am a privilege member of STC sports center since its inception. me and my daughter visit the center daily, as she is training for national swimming championship to be held next month. The center provides the best amenities for budding sportsman and this is the reason, I recommended my daughter to train here.
From last few weeks, the changing room next to the pool is in pathetic condition. The doors are malfunctioning, and the room has a peculiar bad smell all the time. Due to this kid’s are forced to enter the pool without taken shower, thus making the pool water dirty. Moreover, I am afraid to let me daughter use dirty pool, as she might fall sick. I have complained last week to one of your staff stationed next to the pool, however no actions have been taken yet.
I would request you to kindly intervene and take necessary actions to resolve this issue at the earliest. Your prompt response will help my daughter continue her practice for championship.
