Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter with regards to the problem which everyone is facing with the changing rooms in the sports centre. Lockers in the changing rooms are too less in comparison to the daily visitors.
As you are aware that this is the only sports centre in this area, so there is no surprise that number of people visiting have increased drastically. Since there are limited lockers and number of members are increasing day by day, there are a lot of arguments happening over the lockers. Some people have even lost their phones and wallets due to inadequate number of lockers. I have complained numerous times to the housekeeping staff, but no one has escalated the matter to the sports centre’s management.
I, on behalf of all the members would request you to arrange for more lockers which could cater the need of all the members. Moreover, to avoid chaos, I would suggest you to kindly stop the membership admissions for the time being until this problem is resolved.
