Dear Sir/Madam,

My Name is James Smith, and I am the owner and restaurant manager of Maroon Delights. I am writing this letter to you to recommend Oliver Rao for the advertised position of trainee Restaurant Manager at your premises Hinds Wayside Inn.

Oliver Rao has been working with me since November 2016. He started his career as a kitchen hand and then, become an assistant manager with his hard work and dedication. Moreover, he has achieved a diploma in management while working here through apprenticeship. Additionally, he has acquired a set of skills and knowledge that can be required in handling any food business.

Furthermore, he is an honest and a reliable worker, and is equally passionate about pursuing a career in the restaurant field. I can not offer him any above position as he is already in the second charge in my business, but I would be proud to see him growing in his life. I genuinely believe that his ideas and motivation will benefit your business if he is selected. Please do not hesitate to contact me on my number given on the card enclosed with his letter,If you would like to discuss any further.

I look forward to hearing from you

Yours faithfully,
James Smith.
