I am writing to reserve dwelling for a group of students visiting from Perth to Snowy mountains located in your region.
My name is Jameson Smith. I am the organiser of this trip from Western Australia to New south Wales which will be consisting of total 25 members, including 21 students and 4 teachers, including myself. However, as an organiser I must think ahead of booking accommodation and one of my colleagues recommended your Housing. Moreover, we are planning our visit on 21st July till 30th July.
In our group of 25 people, there are 12 females and 13 males, students and teachers inclusive. We are looking forward for 5 double queen bed rooms and 6 double king bed rooms. Furthermore, please be assure of accommodating non- smoking rooms, as it is educational tour. It will be very generous of you if we can get all kitchenette rooms because few students and instructors want to cook their light meals by themselves.
Please forward me all the details including the availability, cost and extra amenities, if available. I would really appreciate all your help.
