Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to complain about an HP computer monitor that I purchased from your store on Jun15th, reference number: 852345. This computer also has 2 years warranty.

I work from as a computer engineer, and nowadays I am working from home. Hence, it is mandatory for me to have a good quality of computer systems. The monitor I purchased was working alright for some time, however, all of a sudden the display started to appear blurred abruptly. Also, the volume monitor making an unusual sound which is worrisome. I also tried to restart the computer but it did not solve the issue. This issue is causing huge inconvenience to me as I am unable to save the work while I restart the computer, I have a deadline to deliver this project by the end of the week and I am afraid I will not be able to complete it as the monitor is not working properly. I am due for a promotion if I am not able to complete this task on time, I am afraid I might lose the opportunity. This is not only causing distress but also hampering my work.

I would really appreciate if you can replace the faulty monitor immediately or repair it since it is still under warranty. I can bring it to the store this evening or you can send an agent to pick it from my home. I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully
Dave
