Dear Anika,
Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to seek your help regarding the presentation that I am going to deliver on 25th September at 10:00 AM. The venue is Concordia Auditorium, Brankley Street, Surrey BC.
I have been selected to deliver a presentation about our company, The Signity Solution’s this year’s performance reviews and targets for 2020. I will start this presentation by providing insight about company’s achievement, followed by the CEO, will take over and discuss about future growth opportunities.
As you know, I am illiterate about Computers, I have no equipments with me to get the presentation going and therefore, I want you to bring all the required cables such as HDMI cable, Stand and Projector. Let me know in case if need to buy anything, I will pay for it.
The presentation is going to held at 10:00 AM in the moring, which is quite early. Thus, you have to reach at the campus atleast one hour in advance, for the setup. Let me know if you got any issues with the commute, I would pick you up from your place.
