Write a letter to a friend telling him/her that you’re going back to your home town and you want to give him/her some furniture. Please say

– why you thought about him/her

– describe the furniture

– suggest a way for him/her to get it

Dear John,

I am glad to inform you that I’m going back to join my family again. I can leave some of my furniture items to you since you were looking for a coffee table few days ago.

As I was aware that you are saving some money to renew your car, and also, I don’t need these stuffs anymore so instead of purchasing for a coffee table you can have mine.

For our similar tendency to antique items I hope you’ll like it. I had bought it from an ancient accessory shop which has unspoiled items. The coffee table is brown and because of it’s roundish shape it’s adjustable too.

I will leave the city on 24th August therefore you can barrow your boyfriend’s car and come to my apartment to take away the items.

inform me about your plan on early basis. looking forward to seeing you at my place

Your friend,

Chi
