Dear Raj,

How are you my friend, I am writing this letter to inform that your Laptop is broken. Unfortunately, yesterday my daughter through it from the table. Although, power connection is working, the screen is not displaying anything. I am really sorry for the loss.

During evening tea time, I left it on my table after work. My daughter came to me and asked me to open the laptop, so that she could watch a movie. Later, while sitting in the next room I heard the sound of fallen something and when I came out, it was your laptop and my DVD’s scattered on the floor.

I want you to give me some time, around 1 week to fix this. I will visit the repair factory tomorrow and discuss the issue with technician and I have already registered my issue with the laptop company but I will need your permission to make the repair as the product is purchased in your name. Therefore, I insist you to come with me tomorrow at dell office.

I believe the problem will fixed soon and again apologize for the inconvenience.

With regards,

Vishal Bhat
