Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to let you know that how surprised I was knowing that a staff of your hotel saved my luggage from being stolen. I checked in last Saturday and I was in a hurry to attend a meeting and as a result, I forgot my bag near the first reception.

Let me explain you the what he did. One of your staff named Mike Mellott noticed someone running away with my belongings and then Mike chased and saved my bag. Not only did he saved my bag but also caught the suspect stealing it and reported it to the police. He saved a lot of precious items and important documents containing sensitive data of my business.

Could you please give me his contact details so I can personally thank him by sending a small token of appreciation? Moreover, I would be grateful if you can recognize him at your hotel so he feels motivated consequently, other staff members will learn about his act of bravery and presence of mind.

Thank you for your consideration.

Yours faithfully,

Abhishek Saxena
