Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to let you know that how surprised I was knowing that a staff of your hotel saved my luggage from being stolen. I checked in last Saturday and I was in a hurry to attend a conference and as a result, I forgot my bag near the first reception.

Let me explain to you how he helped. One of your staff named Mike Mellott noticed someone running away with my belongings and observing that Mike immediately chased the stranger and protected my bag. Not only did he saved my bag, but also helped to arrest the suspect trying to steal it, by reporting it to the police. Furthermore, he protected a lot of precious items and important documents containing sensitive data from my business.

Could you please give me his contact details so I can personally thank him by sending a small token of appreciation? Moreover, I would be grateful if you can recognize him at your hotel so he feels motivated and consequently, other staff members will learn about his act of bravery and presence of mind.

Thank you for your consideration.

Yours faithfully,

Abhishek Saxena
