I am writing this letter in reference to a recent part-time job for a customer service Manager I saw at your hotel Mandarin Oriental. I am keen to apply for this role. Could you please let me know the procedure?.
I have a total work experience of three years as a customer service executive at a local restaurant "The West". My role includes taking care of customer grievances by enabling better services offering. I was also given the responsibility to coordinate with a software firm to create an online website which included various features like online booking, customer feedback and complaints etc. I hope my previous experience will be invaluable to the new role.
Since this is a part-time role I would be more interested in the evening slots on Monday to Friday as in the daytime I have to go for my classes as I am studying at a local university.
I hope to get a due consideration for this role.
