Dear Sir,
Hope you are doing well. I would like to inform you that my company Zeta Inc had booked a conference room for a meeting at your hotel yesterday. It was a full day booking and I believe I left some important papers at your hotel conference room "Gemini".
To elucidate I only realized it when I reached home. I tried calling your hotel reception but they were unable to trace these document. The papers are kept in a transparent blue colour file near the projector on the centre table. The file is very important as it has confidential documents like non-disclosure agreements, Memorandum of understanding which I need to send by tomorrow to my legal and finance teams for their vetting.
I hope you understand the urgency of the situation and take this matter on priority if your staff is able to find the file please notify me immediately so that I can ask my staff to collect it from your hotel.
