Dear Madam
I’m writing to inform you about my last meeting at your hotel. In this morning, when I was in the meeting with my colleague i had to be left early. Therefore when I got home, I noticed my papers still in the hotel.
As you know it, we hold the private room for our meeting. And the papers should be still in same places. This papers which I forgot is about our last program for children. It’s a sort of survey. We have been working on this project almost 2 years. We can’t do second survey due of the deadline.
