Dear Sally,

How are you doing there right now? I am doing fine here at Manila, I am sorry it took me a while before I could write to you.

I am sorry that I cannot go to your goodbye party this coming Sunday. I have a job interview with the manager of the company since they are planning to promote me to a position of Marketing Head. It pains me that I could not attend one of your most important event in your life.

It was just yesterday since I remember working with you. We were both neophytes back then I could not finish some drafts and you on the other hand cannot write a memorandum to the executives. It was a funny yet inspiring experienced with you, I really enjoyed working with you and I had learned a lot of things from you.

Even if we are parting ways right now I will always be your best friend. You can always email me at bil@yahoo.com or give a me call in this number 12345678. Also you can always drop by the house or even stay for a vacation if you want to.

Take care sally never stop inspiring people, Write back soon.

Best Regards,

Bill
