Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my grievances towards the bus services on the bus route number 202 that is from Huda Metro Station towards Atul Kataria Chowk. There are a plethora of problems and to start with, the driver on the stated route is quite an impolite person and can be seen talking on a phone while driving. Owing to this, we had a narrow escape yesterday.
Secondly, the bus never comes on time. I am a regular commuter of this route at 7.30 am but the bus always comes 15-20 minutes late and because of this the travellers always gets late. also, there is no other bus at the said timing at the same time. we have complained several times about it to the driver as well as to the bus stop head also but they do not pay heed to our complaints.
I would request you to take strict action against the person and introduce one more bus on this route for a hassle free commuting. I am sending one copy of this letter to a local newspaper also.
