Dear Mr.Johnson,
My name is Krishna. I work in the IT department and it is my pleasure working with this organization since a year , however I would like to bring into your kind attention to the problem caused by the unavailability of parking space. Most of the employees of our organization are facing the same issues while parking their vehicles.
On a daily basis, I commute to the office with my Car, and Whenever I try to find a spot to park the car, I am not able to do that as there is no spacious space available. I spend more than fifteen-minute every day to find a spot which is really inconvenient for me. Moreover, as our business is expanding, the number of visitors is also increasing. On top of that, searching for a parking space is time-consuming for both our business clients and employees.
Therefore, to resolve this issue, I would like to suggest that we can request the municipal corporation to allocate some reserved space for the parking nearby to our office or we can allow parking on the ground floor by shifting the canteen to the 3rd floor of the building. It would be highly appreciated if you could consider my suggestion and make appropriate decisions.
I hope these suggestions may be helpful to resolve the problem and looking forward to your positive revert at the earliest convenience.
