write a letter to your friend to ask for help about a new job you have been placed to. your friend is doing the same job in another company. Write a letter and it should contain the following:

1) What is the problem?
2) How your friend can solve it?
3) Meeting arrangement and details

Dear Daniel,

I hope you are doing fine. I wouldn’t have written to you like this, but my new job is bothering me and you are the only one who can chalk out an option.

I have been working for CPCL Law department and during the recent board meeting the company head had shared a problem about laying off a new employee. We have not been able to come up with an effective plan to lay him off, as we suspect that he will approach the court.

I was having a word with Joseph and he shared that you had encountered a very similar problem and you were able to get an effective order from the court. I need you to help me by figuring a way to terminate the contract without any legal hurdle and saving us money.

Further, I would like to meet you to discuss the issue in detail. I will be coming over on Sunday at around 12:30 PM. I will bring along the copy of the contract and other requisite documents, just in case.

I look forward to meeting you and getting past this hurdle.

Take care
Brad Jason
