Dear manager,
I am writing to intimate you with the prevalent problem with my officially assigned computer system.
It all began 2 weeks ago when I was scheduled to make a presentation to my divisions management on an ongoing project for which you made me the team lead.
Normally, the system is expected to last for up to 3 hours before the battery would require a recharge. This is why I did not go in to the meeting room with my charger. To my disappointment, I had barely commenced my presentation when the computer suddenly switched of. I am grateful to Luois BARNNE who came to my rescue by letting me use his charger for the rest of the time of my presentation.
Prior to discovering the issue with the battery, I also observed that the Microsoft office applications hardly opens for more than one hour each time before it closes by itself. I am used to ensuring that my work is saved every 5 minutes to allow recovery in case of an abrupt shutdown.
The worst problem I have encountered with the computer is the bad keyboard. I have had to relabel the characters to align with what appears on the screen when a pad is depressed.
I would like to propose the following as possible remedial options: A re installation of the Microsoft office suite is necessary to address the incessant crash of the application, a request will be forwarded to you for approval to replace the faulty battery with a new one. Also I would propose a comprehensive health check, cleaning of the system in order to troubleshoot the issue with the malfunctioning keyboard.
With the problems I have reported so far, it may be better to consider an outright replacement since it is still within its warranty period.
