I am writing to you regards my project 365 software which is no longer working properly. I have attempted to pull it up, but an error is shown on the screen every time I use it. It seems like it has not recognized my username since 2 days ago. I tried to sort this out on my own, however, it did not do any good.
Furthermore, as you may know, I need it to update project timelines and put together reports next Friday. Due to this fact, I rely on this software to make it happen, although, this issue is hampering my progress. As it is due on Friday I only have two days left to finish this up.
Taking this into account, I needed to run this by you and ask to send an e-mail to the IT department informing this issue. Worst case scenario, they might either chance my software licence or request Microsoft to repair this trouble.
