Dear Mr. Amend,

I am writing to you in relation to a small software system problem that I have encountered in my new Dell laptop.

Actually, the new laptop that delivered to me has the latest version of windows operating system. However, the installation MS Office software CD that we have, is not runnable on this new operating system.

As I do not have Microsoft Word software on my laptop since last week, I could not type my letters and I am far from my schedules.

If you purchase a new version of MS Office software, then I could install it on my machine and deliver my tasks.
