I am writing this letter to bring into your notice about an issue with my computer, which is hampering my work badly.
After weekends, when I used the computer on this Monday I encountered a snag with USB port, it is not detecting the Pen Drive. After restarting the computer problem was resolved, however next day again it stopped functioning. Even I had tried with another Pen Drive, but still the problem persists.
All this is attenuating my work efficiency, as I have to remove the mouse in order to use the Pen Drive. Moreover, I am working on editing part of the video for our company's anniversary, hence it is a need of the hour to find a solution to it.
Concern was already raised to IT team with reference number IC1289 for scheduling its maintenance and they need an approval from you. This is because its motherboard needs to be replaced and it will cost around 11000 Rs, quotation attached for reference.
I hope you will give due consideration to this letter and share your consent with IT team.
