Dear Sir,
My name is Kelly Gardner, working in the IVF department as a Junior Embryologist. I am writing this letter to draw your attention toward the type of job role i did last year. I have few inputs to share related to my work, which i will mention them below.
According to my job description I performed all the following work routines:
- Oocyte scanning and Denudation
-Performing ICSI
-Embryo transfer
- Embryo thawing and freezing
As you know we have been working as per our SOP's, there are few things that i would like you to install as a part of our lab equipment that will help us to achieve good results. First is a Laser machine, which will help our patients to have better chances for having pregnancy. Second thing is an additional liquid nitrogen storage tank to accommodate enough patient samples.
Apart from the above mentioned points, I have a request to make, there is going to be a hands on training for embryo biopsy next month at Mayflower Hospital, i would like to attend that to improve my skills on the same.
I hope I justify the roles for last year, and looking forward to hear your suggestion about the training request at the earliest.
