Write a letter to your manager asking for permission to give a presentation. In your letter:

describe what type of presentation you have in mind
what topics it would cover and how long it would take
who should participate in the presentation and where should it be conducted

Ans:- Dear Sir,

My name is Samvedna Puri, currently designated as Assistant Manager in sales department. I am feeling anticiated while inscribing this epistle to acquire your permission for conducting a presentation through projector. As you are well aware regarding the seminar that i attented last week at head office which was typically based on sale promotional activities.

Even though existing staff is already euipped with required skills for smooth functioning but acquainting them with diverse marketing promotion techniques and mixed sale strategies are the need of hour. Thus, bestowing necessary skills and practical knowledge is an impeccable option. Furthermore, the whole presentation will take two hours and 30 minutes more for cross questioning if anyone would have queries.

Since, the purpose of event was to emphasis on enhancing the sale of the organisations therefore person who are currently employeed under associated department should attend. The conference hall is not occupied on upcoming monday hence it could be easy to arrange the meet over there.

I hope a prompt and positive response from your end.

Your faithfully,
Samvedna Puri.
