Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing this letter to report on the lack of parking facilities in our office parking area.
I have been working in our office as an accounts executive for the last 5 years. Let me explain the problems faced by our staff members. Firstly, vehicle owners tend to park their vehicles in an improper manner and there is no separate place arranged by management for parking two-wheelers and four-wheelers separately, which makes parking difficult for everyone. Moreover, there is no parking space is left for our colleagues as outsiders park their vehicles in our premises parking area, because of that we have to park our vehicles at other places.
Therefore, I suggest the management to address the above-mentioned problem at the earliest to avoid any unforeseen event. In addition to this, if authority takes steps to make parking smooth and systematic then it would save time for employees.
This problem can be solved by appointing trained security guards at the parking spot. Those guards will make proper arrangements for systematic parking and they will not only assist vehicle owners but also disallow parking by outsiders in premises of the company.
