I am writing to you with great pleasure in response to the notice that has been circulated today for employee of the year award nominations. I would like to submit a nominee for the same. Allow me to elaborate.
On the first place, I am really happy with the acts of management to come forward with such an initiative. In response, I would like to nominate Mr. Igor Mathew from the Human Resources Department. Further, I have a lot of reasons to come forward with the nomination for him. In addition, I have support of my other colleagues.
I decided to nominate him due to multiple reasons. Firstly, there is nobody who can question his dedication. Secondly, he keeps the company and their policies on high stature. He can be counted on at the time of need.
Furthermore, I feel like there are certain essential qualities that a good employee should possess and I do not shy away from admitting that Igor has all the qualities. Every employee to be categorized as a good employee should possess patience, commitment and must be loyal.
Finally, I am hopeful of Igor winning the award and making us all feel elated.
