I feel the need to bring to your knowledge about the unsatisfactory quality of the food and the horrendous behaviour of the restaurant employees. Allow me to elaborate.
I have been a regular patron at your restaurant along with other members of XTV-O Organization and dine in every Saturday. However, on 23 June 2018, when as usual we were dining in I came across a dead mosquito in my soup bowl which was being shared by other visitors. As such, I called the duty manager and showed him the soup. To our utter dismay, the manager did not seem concerned at all and did not accede to my request to change the soup.
Further, I had asked the duty manager to give me the contact details of manager to make him aware of the situation to which he responded back in a very aggressive manner and created a very weird atmosphere for my visitors. As such, we decided to abruptly end the meal and leave the restaurant without any further ado.
Furthermore, we do not want to break the long relationship that we have enjoyed with you and as such, I call upon you to fire the employees who were at fault immediately and intimate us accordingly.
